Hedi Hoka

Hedi Hoka

  • PhD in psychology, "ambassador of happiness and life-work balance."
  • Leadership / Life Coach

Hedi Hoka writes, speaks in public, and strongly believes in the power of science. "I took a number of academic courses both at home and abroad. But I was never taught a course in happiness, says Dr. Hedi Hoka.

And this is why, in public seminars, she talks about the science of happiness:

"The more we learn to be and stay happy, the more easily we adapt to what we go through. Each of us must discover for himself what makes him feel better. It is not enough to be happy. You should know that you are happy. Whether you want to work to be happy, remember that happiness is a positive experience of their lives. In order to feel this, you have to make peace with your past, learn to live in the present and be optimistic for the future "  is the message that Hedi sends through her seminars.
